摘  要:目的 在深低温低流量灌注模式下 ,观察快速降温期应用不同血气稳态管理对脑功能的影响。方法  2 0例患儿随机分成 2组 ,α组 :应用α稳态管理 ,pH组 :应用 pH稳态管理。脑功能的监测包括 :脑氧代谢参数、生化指标、智商指数。结果 pH组降温末脑氧代谢指标及乳酸积聚显著低于α组 ,两组术后 2个月随访 ,无智力发育差异。结论 深低温低流量灌注快速降温期应用Objective To assess the influences of different blood gas management on infants'cerebral function during rapid cooling in deep hypothermia low flow CPB.Methods 20 cases were randomly divided into two groups. group α:α stat blood gas management ( n =10); pH group:pH stat blood gas management ( n =10).Perioperative cerebral function assessment included:IQ score、parameters of biochemistry and cerebral oxygen metabolism. Results Cerebral oxygen metabolism and lactate in pH group were significantly lower in comparison with group α at the end of cooling. No IQ difference was found during the 2 months follow up.Conclusion Better protection of cerebral oxygen metabolism was provided by pH stat blood gas management during rapid cooling in deep hypothermia low flow perfusion.
