摘　　要：目的　介绍一种治疗小儿隐睾的新方法———采用皮下泵模拟人体下丘脑脉冲式释放促黄体激素释放激素 (LHRH)的疗法。方法　选自本院 1995年至 1999年所收治的隐睾症病人 19例 (2 8只病睾 ) ,采用经皮下泵释放LHRH方法进行治疗。结果　完全下降占 5 7.1% ,部分下降占 35 .17% ,其中 3例手术治疗。结论用皮下泵模拟人体下丘脑脉冲式释放LHRH的方法治疗小儿隐睾症是有效的 ,无性早熟等副作用。采用LHRH疗法宜尽早进行 。Objective To introduce a new treatment for cryptorchidism in children——with pulsatile release LHRH imitated hypothalamus of human using a percutaneous pump. Methods Ninteen cases with cryptorchidism (28 sick testes) were treated by pulsatile release LHRH using a percutaneous pump. Results The complete descended rate was 57.1% and partial descended rate was 35.1%, of whom 3 underwent successful surgical therapy. Conclusion Pulsatile release LHRH by using a percutaneous pump is effective for the treatment of cryptorchidism in children. No pubertas praecox and other side effects were found. The procedures of the LHRH treatment must be performed as early as possible. If the treatment is ineffective, the surgical exploration should be selected immediately.
