摘　　要：通过对两种不同的网上知识服务的介绍,指出高校图书馆的服务要根据读者的实际需要开展,且各高校图书馆要根据自身的情况做好服务定位。Through introducing two different kinds of network knowledge services, this paper points out that university library＇s service should be developed according to readers＇ practical needs, and each university library should make properly the service positioning based on its own conditions.
