摘　　要：介绍了南京艺术学院图书馆活页文献资源管理的现状,分析了活页文献资源管理的困难,在此基础上,提出了集中存放、建立电子目录、构建专题全文数据库等关于活页文献资源管理的对策与建议。This paper introduces the present situation of loose-leaf literature resources management in the library of Nanjing University of the Arts, analyzes some difficulties in the management of loose-leaf literature resources management, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the management of loose-leaf literature resources such as the centralized storage, the establishment of electronic catalog, and the construction of thematic text database, etc.
