浅析干部教育培训院校数字图书馆建设与服务转型——以中共大连市委党校数字图书馆建设为例

摘　　要：信息化建设的迅猛发展对干部教育培训院校数字图书馆的服务方式、资源建设与管理工作效能提出了更高的要求。针对数字图书馆建设中出现的实际问题,阐述了副省级党校图书馆的服务对象及其活动方式与需求,提出了党校数字图书馆建设的指导思想及目标,探讨了党校数字图书馆的设计理念及功能定位。The rapid development of informatization construction puts forward higher requirements for the service mode, resources construction and management efficiency of the digital library of cadre education training institution. In the light of some actual problems existing in digital library construction, this paper expounds the service objects of sub- provincial Party school and their activity patterns and demands, puts forward the guiding ideology and target of digital library construction in the Party school, and probes into the design concept and function positioning of Party school＇s digital library.
