摘　　要：介绍了长春图书馆在全面免费开放后推出的新举措和取得的成效,分析了图书馆全面免费开放后存在的困难和问题,探讨了解决问题的长效发展对策。This paper introduces some new measures put forward by and results obtained by Changchun Library after the implementation of comprehensive free opening, analyzes the problems and difficulties existing after the implementation of comprehensive free opening, and probes into some long-term development countermeasures for solving the problems.
