摘　　要：从客车电控发动机服务能力建设的经验来看，培养一名成熟的电控发动机维修服务人员大约需要2年时间。玉柴希望通过常态化的服务技能比武，让今后的培训和人才的培养都形成常态化的机制。As one of the largest domestic electronic-control engine manufacturers,Yuchai has been long paying high attention on the improvement of service level and skill.In 2013,Yuchai again organized an competition of service skills and techniques for electronic- control engine sector,by which Yuchai would further improve service quality and increase service level of National Standard IV engine products.
