探讨双J管在孤立肾肾积水致肾功能不全治疗中的应用（附13例报告）

摘　　要：目的探讨双J管在孤立肾肾积水致肾功能不全的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年1月。2012年12月治疗的13例孤立肾合并肾积水致肾功能不全患者资料。结果13例患者中一期置管成功12例；1例因输尿管狭窄置管失败行肾穿刺造瘘。留管期间出现膀胱刺激症和感染等不良反应3例，经对症处理后好转。随访半年至1年，B超检查显示术后肾积水程度明显减轻甚至消失者12例，无明显变化者1例。肾功能不全患者中12例患者BUN和SCr2周内恢复正常。均未发生术中术后并发症；有症状者症状全部消失。结论经输尿管镜双J管置入术在孤立肾合并肾积水致肾功能不全患者治疗中具有微创、高效、安全、疗效好、恢复快等优点，可作为首选治疗方法。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of double J tube in solitary kidney hydronephrosis induced renal dysfunction.Methods Retrospective analysis of 13 patients information in our department treated with solitary kidney hydronephrosis from January 2010 to December 2012.Results 13 patients with a successful catheter 12 cases;1 case of the ureteral stricture catheter failure replacement renal biopsy fistula treatment.3 cases of bladder irritation and infection and other adverse reactions,improved after symptomatic treatment.Follow-up six months to one year, B-ultrasound postoperative hydronephrosis reduced significantly or even disappear in 12 cases,no significant change in 1 case.12 patients BUN and SCR returned to normal after two weeks.There were no postoperative complications.Conclusion Ureteroscopy double-J tube implantation in patients with solitary kidney hydronephrosis caused renal insufficiency patients treated with minimally invasive,efficient, safe and effective,quick recovery, etc.,~an be used as the preferred method of treatment.
