摘　　要：目的探讨先天性静脉畸形骨肥大综合征（K1ippel—Trenaunaysyndrome，KTS）的诊断及治疗方法，提高治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2012年5月收治的19例KTS患者的临床资料。结果该组19例患者术后随访6个月～8年，治疗效果比较满意。保守治疗患者，下肢浅静脉曲张得到良好控制，病情进展缓慢；手术患者术后曲张静脉全部消失，患肢酸痛、肿胀症状均有不同程度的改善，皮内毛细血管瘤色泽变暗，皮肤溃疡均在出院前结痂或者愈合，无1例出现肿胀、坏死。结论KTS患者术前需明确深静脉通畅情况，严格掌握手术适应症，诊断一旦明确应尽早手术治疗，手术治疗能取得良好效果。Objective To study the diagnosis of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome（KTS） and to improve the effect of treatments.Methods Clinical data of 19 cases of KTS from January 2004 to May 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group,19 patients were followed up for 6 months to 8 years,and the curative effect was satisfied.Patients who had taken conservative treatment,gain a result that their varicosis on lower extremity was controlled well.Those who had taken an operation,achieve far better effects.For example,varicose veins disappeared.Ache and swelling was alleviated on different degrees.Color of skin capillary hemangioma faded in steps and ulcer on skin were encrusted or healing before discharging.Moreover, edema and necrosis never took place.Conclusion To KTS patients,the condition whether veins are clear needs to be identifited.To doctors,the operation indication needs to be mastered strictly.Once the diagnosis is clear, operations should be carried on as soon as possible,which will achieve remarkable results.
