摘 要:扬子石化巴斯夫有限责任公司裂解装置2010年进行了扩能改造,乙烯生产能力由600 kt/a扩大为740 kt/a。改造后急冷水塔塔底温度偏低,导致丙烯精馏塔系统再沸器热量供给不足,塔釜丙烯损失偏大,在正常运行过程中,需要投用急冷水加热器,高负荷时需消耗大量低压蒸汽。通过对当前S&W双塔丙烯精馏控制系统存在的缺陷及操作难点进行分析,找出了影响系统操作稳定的根本原因,提出了控制优化方案,并在实际生产中进行运用,在解决了问题的同时也降低了装置能耗。BASF-YPC's ethylene plant finished its expansion in 2010 and its ethylene capacity was expanded from 600 kt / a to740 kt / a. After the expansion, low bottom temperature in quench water tower led to the shortage of heat for reboiler in propylene distillation column and the heavy loss of propylene at the bottom of column. Quench water heater,which consumes a large amount of low-pressure steam at high load conditions,needs to be put into use during normal operation. This article analyzes the defects and operating difficulties of the control system of S&W double-column propylene distillation system,identifies the reasons affecting the stable operation of the system,advances control optimization schemes,which not only solved the problem but also reduced the energy consumption of the unit in practical production.
