乙烯装置四年一修运行及检修效果分析

摘　　要：吉化700 kt/a乙烯装置自2008年检修开车以来连续稳定运行至2012年,实现了4年1修的目标。对装置扩建前、后的产量、综合能耗、乙烯收率等关键指标进行详细对比和分析,总结了装置连续运行4年中出现的问题及处理方法,介绍了4年中为不断提高装置运行的经济技术指标所做的技改、优化以及管理工作。并且对2012年检修中发现的循环水换热器堵塞严重、裂解气压缩机部件磨损、冷却水换热器泄漏等问题进行了分析。The 700 000 tons /year ethylene plant at PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company has been running steadily for four continuous years since its overhaul in 2008. The objective of carrying out overhaul every four years was achieved,and the economic and technical indicators of the ethylene plant were improved year by year. This article compares and analyzes the key indicators including the output before and after the expansion,comprehensive energy consumption and ethylene yield,summarizes the problems emerged during the four years' continuous operation and the corresponding solutions,introduces the technical innovation and optimization measures for continual improvement in economic and technical indicators,and analyzes the problems found during the overhaul in 2012 including the serious plugging of recycle water heat exchanger,the wearing of the parts of cracking gas compressor and the leakage of cooling water heat exchanger.
