摘　　要：在全球海上遇险及安全系统(GMDSS)通信系统模拟器的研制开发过程中,提出了利用"网络多媒体程序"、"用户界面-模型-控制器"的设计模式及基于Flash组件编程来设计开发模拟器的方法。在详细分析GMDSS通信系统模拟器需求的基础上,成功开发了GMDSS各主要型号设备的模拟器。模拟实现了各设备的操作程序,并在计算机网络环境下实现了模拟器间相应的数据、语音、视频等通信功能。A GMDSS communication system simulator is developed using ＂network multimedia programming＂ and,＂user interface-model-controller＂ design mode as well as ＂Flash components based programming＂.Careful requirement analysis allows the simulator to simulate all major types of GMDSS equipment.Beside the operation simulation of individual equipment,the simulator is able to communicate data,voice and video etc.to other simulators via computer networks.
