摘　　要：为推动数字化航标的发展,不断扩大信息化技术在航标领域的应用,进行了航标业务综合信息管理平台的建设研究。在此基础上,以信息化技术和信息化理念为支撑,运用计算机、网络、自动识别系统(AIS)等先进技术,探索新型航标运行管理模式,构想建设科学合理的航标运行保障中心。该中心的建设,有助于强化信息共享和资源综合利用,不断提高航标管理水平和服务能力,促进行业信息化发展。In order to promote the digitalization of aids to navigation （AtoN）,this paper suggests constructing an AtoN supporting center through developing an integrated information management platform.New modes of operating and managing aids to navigation are explored considering the development of computer technology,network technology,AIS technology and other advanced technologies.The construction of the supporting center will improve AtoN management level,information sharing and comprehensive utilization of resources,hence,provide better services.
