摘 要:随着罗源湾许多大型码头的陆续建设投产,通航船舶的流量和吨位不断上升。针对湾内通航环境现状,统计分析船舶事故和交通流,建立罗源湾船舶通航环境危险度评价指标及对应标准,采用模糊数学理论构建罗源湾船舶通航环境危险度评价模型,从而实现对罗源湾船舶通航环境危险度的综合评价。评价结果处于"较低危险"等级,符合实际情况。在综合评价的基础上,提出改善罗源湾船舶通航环境的措施。As lots of terminals are put into operation in Luoyuan Bay,both the traffic flow and the ship tonnage have been growing.Based on the present shipping state in the bay and statistic analysis of marine accidents and traffic flow,the indexes of risk assessment and corresponding standards for shipping environment factors are set up.A risk assessment model for [uoyuan Bay shipping environment is constructed based on Fuzzy mathematic theory.The study indicates that the shipping environment of Luoyuan Bay is at the "Low Risk" level,which accords with the actual situation.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluations,some measures and suggestions to improve the safety of shipping environment are put forth.
