摘 要:在明确协同、协同能力以及协同效应概念的基础上,从集装箱多式联运系统结构出发,分析了影响集装箱多式联运协同能力的因素,并识别了与影响因素相关的现有物流标准。将该协同能力与相关标准联系起来,构建了基于标准的协同能力评价指标体系层次结构,并综合层次分析法、模糊理论以及DEA方法,研究了集装箱多式联运系统协同能力综合评价的步骤和模型。通过算例得出协同能力综合评价值与协同效果间的正相关关系。该研究验证了方法的可行性和合理性,为物流标准化提出了一种新的研究思路。To evaluate the synergistic effect of existing standards,a method for comprehensively assessing synergistic capacity is developed.After clarifying the concepts of synergism,the factors influencing synergistic capacity of container multi-modal transportation system are analyzed according to the structure of container multi-modal transportation system,and the current logistics standards related to the influencing factors are identified.Linking logistics standards with the synergistic capacity of container multi-modal transportation system,an evaluation index system of synergistic capacity based on the standards is established.Combining AHP,Fuzzy theory with DEA method,the model and the procedure for comprehensively assessing the synergistic capacity of container multi-modal transportation system are studied.Calculated examples reveal that the comprehensive assessment value has a positive correlation with the synergistic effect.Feasibility and rationality of the approach are validated,and a new concept of logistics standardization is provided.
