摘　　要：针对如何能根据船舶航次任务,结合船舶性能和装载货物的相关数据,以完成航次计划任务和盈利最大化为目标,求取船舶最大盈利航速及主机转速,提出了建立基于能效管理的船舶经济航速决策系统。充分考虑到系统的易用性、可扩展性和可维护性,采用Java2平台企业版技术体系构建功能强大的B/S模式WEB应用。系统的运行效果证明,该系统能精确测算最大化航次效益,指导船舶选用最佳航速。Aiming to completing voyage plan with maximum profit,a decision making system of economic shipping speed based on energy efficiency management is proposed.The system suggests economic shipping speeds and mainengine rotation speeds,based on data of ship performance and loaded cargoes.For usability,scalability and maintainability of the system,powerful WEB applications in B/S mode is built with J2EE,the most popular technical architecture today.Running results of the system indicate that it can estimate voyage profit well and help ships to choose best speeds.
