不同林业经营模式的选择及影响因素分析

摘　　要：新一轮林权改革后,福建集体林区林权经营方式在结构上发生了变化,一定程度上赋予了林农对林业经营模式的选择权。首先主要分析了不同林业经营模式的特征及问题,进而基于福建省三明市实证调查所获取的数据,利用多元Logistic模型,对集体林权制度改革后农户林业经营模式的选择行为影响因素进行分析。研究表明:家庭劳动力数量、林地资源质量、林地面积及林改对林业收入、家庭资产和资源利用的影响等因素对农户林业经营模式的选择具有不同程度和方向的影响。在分析回归结果的基础上,对不同林业经营模式的效率提升和发展方向提出了对策建议。The structure of forestland management mode in Fujian Province has changed after a new round of forest rights reform, which gives the foresters more option rights of forestland management modes to some extent. Using multivariate logistic model, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of foresters＇ selection of forestland management mode after forest rights reform based on the sampling survey in Sanming City, Fujian Province. This study suggests that factors such as the number of family labor, the quality of forest resources, the area of forest, and the influences of forest rights reform on forestry incomes, family assets and resource utilization, affect foresters＇ options of forestry operation model to varying degrees. Based on the regression analysis results, this paper finally puts forward some measures and suggestions for efficiency promotion and development direction of various forestry operation models.
