摘　　要：近年来,省会石家庄在发展环境尤其是政务环境的优化上取得了明显的改观与进步,发挥出了省会应有的表率作用。在全面深化改革的新时期,石家庄面对继续改善政务环境的瓶颈问题,为此应更新观念,在规范权力运行机制建设、监督检查处罚机制建设、政风行风评议机制建设和行政行为公开、公平、公正的保障制度建设上进行创新。In recent years, the provincial capital shijiazhuang has achieved a remarkable change and progress on the optimization of development environment, especially the government affairs environment, play the leadership of the provincial capital. In the new period of shijiazhuang comprehensively deepen reform, we face the bottlenecks of continually improving government affairs environment, therefore we should renew the idea, the specification power operating mechanism construction, carry out innovation on the aspects of specification of the power operation mechanism construction, supervising and inspecting the punishment mechanism construction, enhancement appraisal mechanism construction of atmosphere of government bodies and the openness, fairness and justice safeguard system construction of administrative behavior .
