摘　　要：目的 总结早期小切口治疗小儿急性脓胸的治疗体会.方法 对我院自2005-01～2012-01收治156例小儿急性脓胸患者进行分析.结果 本组病例在手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复等方面均较满意.结论 早期小切口行纤维膜剥脱术,并应用一些手术技巧是治疗小儿急性脓胸的有效手段之一.Objective To summarize the treatment experience of acute pyothorax in children by the early small - incision surgery. Methods 156 patients with acute empyema from January 2005 to January 2012 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The effects of operative time, blood loss, postoperative recovery in the patients treated with the early small -incision surgery were better than that of conventional thoracotomy. Conclusions Early small incision fiber membrane endarterectomy is one of the effective treatments in children acute pyothorax.
