摘　　要：目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术形成颅内远隔部位血肿的原因及预防措施。方法结合文献回顾性分析我院收治98例CSDH临床及影像学资料,发生术后远隔部位11例。结果术后发生纵裂池出血者9例,脑干出血者1例,对侧硬膜下血肿者1例。结论 CSDH术后发生颅内远隔部位血肿可能与术中术后血肿排出速度过快导致脑压快速变化有关。切开硬膜缓慢释放血肿液可有助于减少并发症。Objective To explore reason and prevention of intracranial hematoma remote from site after trepanation and drainage of chronic subdural hematoma （CSDH）. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with CSDH were analyzed retrospectively. Results Longitudinal crack pool bleeding occurred postoperatively in 9 patients ,brain stem hematoma in 1 and the contralateral subdural hematoma in 1. Conclusion Occurrence of intraeranial hematoma remote from site postoperatively may be associated with rapid changes in intracranial pressure resuhed from quick exhaust hamatoma during operation and after operation.
