摘　　要：针对电视台发射台设备监控的随时随地监控需求，提出了基于android平台下的监控方案。讨论了基于移动终端的监控系统的整体结构，系统采用智能手机与移动网络，实现随时随地的监控功能。For TV transmitters monitoring equipment’s demand that monitoring anytime and anywhere, we put forward the monitoring scheme based on the android platform and discuss the extensional structure of the monitoring system based on mobile terminal, the system adopts the intelligent mobile phone and mobile network to achieve the monitoring function of anytime and anywhere.
