摘  要:根据导流洞封堵混凝土设计和施工要求,提出了下部采用常态微膨胀混凝土、中部采用泵送补偿收缩混凝土、顶部采用自密实膨胀混凝土的技术方案。系统研究了3种混凝土的新拌性能、力学性能、热学性能、抗渗性能、抗冻性能,重点研究了泵送混凝土的自生体积变形性能和徐变性能。结果表明,采用氧化镁复合膨胀剂配制常态微膨胀混凝土、泵送补偿收缩混凝土和自密实膨胀混凝土完全满足瀑布沟导流洞封堵混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性要求。According to the design and construction requirements of the diversion tunnel closure concrete, the construction scheme is proposed, which is pouring the normal concrete at the lower part, the pumping shrinkage-compensating concrete at the central part, the self-compacting concrete at the top part of the diversion tunnel. A series of properties for the three types of concrete are introduced including fresh performance, mechanical properties, thermal properties, impermeability and frost resistance. The autogenous volume deformation and creep performance of pumping concrete are chiefly researched. The experiment results show that the normal concrete and pumping concrete and self-compacting concrete with Mg0 composite expansive agent can meet the blocking requirements of workability, mechanical properties and durability.
