摘 要:试验采用沸腾炉渣和沸石粉作水泥混合材料,通过单掺和双掺试验研究了两种混合材料对水泥强度、需水量、凝结时间和安定性的影响,并通过激光粒度分析、XRD和SEM分析了微观作用机理。研究表明,30%沸腾炉渣和10%沸石粉双掺是配制P·C 32.5级水泥的最适宜配合比,由于交互作用双掺效果较单掺好。The boiling furnace cinder (BFC) and the zeolite power were used for cement admixture. The strength of cement, water demand, setting time and stability were studied when the BFC and the zeolite power were mixed into the cement alone or together. In addition, the mechanism was discussed by laser particle size analyzer, XRD and SEM. The results show that the P·C 32.5 cement can be prepared when the 30% BFC and the 10% zeolite power were mixed for the substitute for cement. Because of affecting each other, the functions of mixed cement is better than the single-doped cement.
