摘　　要：目的 :建立复方联苯苄唑霜中氯霉素和联苯苄唑含量测定方法。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法消除组分间干扰进行含量测定。结果 :氯霉素含量测定波长为 2 76,2 3 7nm ,对应平均回收率 99.9% (RDS =0 .8% ,n =9) ;联苯苄唑含量测定波长为 2 5 6,2 95nm ,对应平均回收率 99.6% (RDS =1.3 % ,n =9)。结论 :本方法简便、快速、准确。OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for determining the contents of chloramphenicol and bifonazole in cream bifonazole compound.METHODS:The double wavelength spectrophotometric method was used for eliminating mutual interference.RESULTS:Measurement was carried out at 295,276,256,237 nm with a mean recovery of 99.9% ( RDS = 0.8% , n =9) for chloramphenicol and 99.6% ( RSD = 1.3% , n =9) for bifonazole.CONCLUSIONS:The method was simple and accurate.
