摘　　要：为优化医疗业务流程、创新居民健康卡就诊支付方式,引入了第三方支付平台,融合了线上交易和线下医疗应用。结合医院就诊费用结算流程和无密支付的要求,设计了银联交易网关和银联在线支付异步交易转换算法,建设了委托代扣签约、余额查询、缴费、退货和支付撤销等服务,采取了无密消费有效期等措施保证了持卡人资金安全。对财务系统和各执行科室业务系统进行改造,建设了居民健康卡支付服务体系,患者持卡能够在全院范围内所有科室实时缴费。In order to optimize the medical service process and innovate resident health card payment mode, the third-party payment platform is introduced and the online transactions and offiine medical applications are integrated. Because of hospital settlement processes and requirements of debit without pin, union pay transaction gateway and union pay online payment asynchronous transaction conversion algorithm are designed. Then, services, such as commissioned withholding agreement, balance inquiries, bill payment, revocation of returns and payment are built. Verification of no secret pay valid is used to ensure the security of cardholder funds. After modifications of systems used by executive departments and financial departments, the resident health card payment service system has been built. As a result, patients could pay real-time at all departments across the hospital.
