资本的伦理效应

摘　　要：资本并不是非道德的,而是与伦理密切相连的。它具有不容忽视的伦理正负效应。伦理正效应主要表现在三个方面:(1)发展生产力,为道德建设提供坚实的物质基础;(2)发展社会关系,为个人的全面发展创造可能;(3)创造高一级的道德形态并为其提供新的精神特质。伦理负效应则表现在四个方面:(1)腐蚀公共善;(2)加剧人的异化;(3)有碍社会和谐;(4)造成自然的异化。社会主义市场经济条件下的道德建设不能忽视资本的伦理效应,必须通过坚持以人为本、合理定位资本、明晰所有权、以制度约束资本并发展经济伦理和环境伦理、提倡高尚道德等措施,才能使资本的伦理效应得以抑负扬正,从而服务于整个社会的进步和协调发展。Capital is not immoral but closely linked with ethics. It has both positive and negative ethical effects which should not be ignored. Positive effect is mainly shown in three respects ： （ 1 ） it contributes to the development of productive forces and provides a solid material foundation for moral construction; （2） it helps to develop social relations and make it possible for individuals＇ comprehensive development; and （3） it creates a higher level of moral form and provides a new ethos. Negative effect is manifested in four respects： （ 1 ） it corrodes common goods ; （2） it exacerbates man＇ s alienation ; （3） it undermines social harmony ; and （4） it leads to nature＇ s alienation. Under the conditions of socialist market economy, moral construction cannot ignore the ethical effects of capital, and should persist in taking such measures as the people-oriented, reasonable positioning of capital, the clarity of ownership, the institutional constraints of capital, the development of economic ethics and environmental ethics, and the promotion of noble morality so as to depress its negative effects and promote its positive effects, thus serving the entire social progress and coordinated development.
