摘　　要：探讨临床药师在抗肿瘤药学服务中应具备的素质。通过分析肿瘤患者的特点,结合肿瘤科临床药师参与的药学服务,总结临床药师应具备的素质。在肿瘤科临床用药实践中,临床药师的素质尤为重要。To investigate what diathesis clinical pharmacists should possess in anticancer pharmaceutical services. Through the analysis of characteristics of cancer patients and in the practice of pharmaceutical services by clinical pharmacists of oncology department, the diathesis which should be possessed by clinical pharmacists is raised. In the clinical practice of oncology department the quality of clinical pharmacists appears particularly important.
