摘 要:储能电池具有ms级的响应速度,能够快速平衡随时变化的负荷波动,可以作为火电厂的容量备用电源。但是,电池储能系统高昂的成本是阻碍其商业应用的重要原因之一。以锂离子电池、钠硫电池、全钒液流电池为例,采用成本收益分析方法,研究了其作为火电厂容量备用电源的技术经济性能。研究结果表明:尽管这3种储能电池的功率成本和能量成本较高,若将其作为火电厂容量备用电源,在其寿命周期内仍然可以获得较好的经济效益,收回成本年限远小于其寿命周期。通过电池储能系统的容量备用,可以提高火电厂的发电负荷率,降低发电煤耗,不但降低发电成本,而且减少燃煤电厂的CO2和污染物排放,从而起到节能减排的作用。Energy storage battery can be used as the standby power of thermal power plants because it has quick response in a scale of millisecond to balance instantaneous load fluctuation. However,the expensive cost of battery energy storage systems is one of negative factors for their commercial applications. Taking lithium ion battery,sodium-sulphur battery and vanadium redox flow battery as illustrations of standby power for thermal power plants,their technical and economic performances were studied by cost-benefit analysis. The results show that as the spinning reserve power sources,they can achieve remarkable economic benefits that their cost-recovering periods are far less than their life cycles,respectively, despite their high power costs and energy costs. The reserve capacity of battery energy storage systems can improve load rates of thermal power plants,decline gross coal consumption rates,decrease generating cost and the emission of carbon dioxide and pollutants,therefore have an effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
