摘　　要：研制了一种室温固化型ABS塑料专用保护涂层体系,该体系包括单组分ABS灰白底漆和双组分冰白丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,通过对涂覆保护涂层ABS试样耐冲击试验以及涂层本身耐QUV老化试验的考察,证明该专用涂层体系对材料具有优异的保护作用,明显改善了ABS制品的外观并大大延长了其使用寿命。研制的该ABS塑料专用保护涂层已在南京某大型汽车零部件生产公司取得了较好的应用,具有很好的市场前景。A room temperature curing special protective coating system for ABS plastic was prepared. It included one-component gray primer and two-component ice white acrylic polyurethane topcoat, lmpact resistance and QUV weathering tests showed the coating system had good protective property for ABS plastic and it also greatly enhanced the appearance and its shelf life. The special protective coating system had been successfully used in one large auto parts manufacturing company in Nanjing and it will have good market prospects.
