摘　　要：研究了中日两国全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)实施的基本情况,从制度建设、法规政策及标准、实施行动等多方面进行对比与分析,对我国GHS的实施提出建议。Current situation of implementing the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals （GHS）in Japan and China is studied. Emphasis is put on the study of institutional construction,laws, policies and standards, actions, and so on. Through comparative analysis, the suggestion on the GHS implementation in China is put forward.
