摘　　要：简要介绍了美国五部化学品管理制度的基本情况,并从这五部制度设计的管理目的、管理对象、管理模式以及实施的管理结果等方面进行论述,在论述过程中围绕这五部制度共同的化学品收集信息这一核心特点对五部制度进行了对比分析研究,同时穿插介绍了我国相应化学品环境管理制度的情况。The current statuses of five core systems for chemical environmental management in the US are introduced. The five core systems collect information in various ways. The comparative analysis from management aim, management objects, management modes and management results for the five systems is performed. The core characteristics of the five systems through the contrast method are analyzed. And the corresponding systems in China are briefly introduced.
