摘 要:提出了一种基于近红外光谱波长间反射率比值差异进行塑料鉴别的方法,并确定了特征波长的选取范围,建立了ABS、PET、PVC、PP、PS和PE6种塑料的自动快速鉴别工艺。结果表明,运用主成分载荷系数取极值的方法可以有效选取特征区域。原始光谱不经预处理,直接依次计算R(1661)/R(1715)、R(1881)/R(1907)、R(2014)/R(2128)和R(1881)/R(1907)比率,即可实现6种塑料的鉴别,识别准确率达到96.6%。A common plastics discrimination method is proposed through comparing the different reflectance ratio between two characteristic wavelengths. A discriminate process of the six plastics such as ABS, PET, PVC, PP, PS and PE is established. The selection of characteristic wavelength is also investigated by taking the extreme from loading coefficients of principal components. The results show that the method of taking the extreme has a positive effect on the selection of characteristic area. The six plastics can be discriminated after calculations of R ( 1661 )/R ( 1715 ), R ( 1881 ) / R ( 1907 ), R(2014 )/R( 2128 ) and R ( 1881 )/R( 1907 ), and the discrimination rate is 96. 6%.
