摘　　要：分析比较了三种基于弹性基础圆平板理论的管板受力情况,指出了管板应力计算的差异,提出了用一种变通的固定管板计算方法来解决特殊结构浮头式换热器管板的应力计算。开发出一种将固定管板应力计算方法应用于其他结构换热器管板应力计算的新途径,使GB 151管板计算方法有更广泛的适应性。This paper analyses and compares the stress on three kinds of tube sheet based on circular flat-plate theory on elastic foundation.It points out the differences for the calculation of the tube sheet stress and puts forward a flexible fixed tube sheet calculation method to solve the calculation of the stress on the floating head heat exchanger with special structure.The paper develops a new approach which applies the stress calculation method for fixed tube sheet to calculate the stress on the tube sheet of heat exchangers with other structures.It makes the GB 151tube sheet calculation method have a wider range of applicability.
