摘 要:以某石化公司加氢裂化装置连续运行16万h加氢反应器R102B为研究对象,在国内首次开展采用反应器出口管弯头代替试块进行2Cr-1Mo钢材质劣化和脱脆实验研究。冲击实验结果表明,出口管材料回火脆化严重,母材和焊缝常温断裂韧性值下降,韧脆转变温度有较大程度的升高。母材经过脱脆处理后,可以改善材质的显微组织与韧性,材料的劣化是可逆的。继续运行9万h后(总运行时间以25万h计),根据J系数预测反应器材质的回火脆化即韧脆转变温度,母材不会高于-20℃,焊缝不会高于98℃。This paper takes the hydrogenation reactor R102Bin the hydrogenation cracking unit of certain petrochemical company which has been in-service for 160,000hours as research object.It carries out the material quality degradation and de-brittleness experiment and research of the 2.25Cr1Mo steel with the outlet pipe elbow of the reactor instead of the test block for the first time in China. And the impact experimental results indicate that the temper brittleness of the outlet pipes are serious;the fracture toughness of the base metal and the welding is decreased;and the ductile-brittle transition temperature is increased greatly.After de-brittleness treatment of the base metal,the microstructure and the toughness of the material has been improved and the degradation of the material is reversible.After continuous operation of another 90,000 hours(the total operation time is considered to be 250,000hours),the temper brittleness,that is,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the reactor material is predicted based on the J coefficient.According to the prediction,the temperature of the base metal can't be lower than-20℃and the weld seam can't be higher than 98℃.
