我国体育利益协调机制思考

摘　　要：体育利益协调机制是包含动力机制、运行机制、约束机制的系统工程。体育利益受损群体对现有体育利益格局的求变心理成为体育利益协调均衡的内生动力,当今体育利益受损群体指向职业体育俱乐部、社会公众、民间体育组织等等;体育利益协调的运行机制是一个涵盖体育利益表达机制、体育利益分配机制、体育利益补偿机制以及系统联动机制的完整链条;构建体育利益协调的约束机制应该注重正式的体育制度安排和非正式的体育制度安排的融合。Sports interest coordinating mechanism contains such elements as a dynamic mechanism, operating mechanism, and restraint mechanism of systems engineering. Sports interest groups to change psychology of sports interests pattern be- comes balanced inner power of sports interests. Meanwhile, today~ sports interest groups means to include civil sports profes- sional sports clubs, social organizations, the public, and so on. Sports interest coordination mechanism is of a mechanism of interests expression to cover sports, sports benefit compensation mechanism of benefit distribution mechanism and system complete chains of linkage mechanism. Constraint mechanism for construction of sports interests coordination should focus on formal arrangements for sports system and the integration of informal institutional arrangement of sports.
