摘　　要：报道了 6 70nmNd∶YAlO3 LBO腔内倍频激光器。通过计算分析光学谐振腔参数 ,设计了较佳的谐振腔参数 ,在抽运平均功率为 16 6 4W时获得了 1 2W的 6Intracavity-doubled 670 nm Nd∶YAlO 3/LBO laser was reported. The parameters of the cavity are calculated. Based on the analysis, the suitable cavity parameters are determined and the 670 nm laser of 1.2 W is got under the pumping power of 1664 W, the transition efficiency of fundamental wave to harmonic wave is about 1.6%.
