摘  要:一氧化氮 ( NO)是一种含自由基的气体 ,化学性质非常活泼。现已证实 NO能在动物机体的许多组织中合成。在机体内 ,NO的作用广泛 ,它不但参与调节血管平滑肌松弛、血小板聚集以及信号转导 ,而且还是机体免疫系统的调节分子和效应分子 ,在微生物和寄生虫感染以及宿主免疫过程中发挥着一定的作用。本文综述了 NO在吸虫、疟原虫、弓形虫、艾美耳球虫等寄生虫感染过程中的生成。It is identified that nitric oxide (NO),a labile and highly reactive radical, can be synthesized in most part of animal body. NO has been shown to have diverse effects in vivo. It is not only as the endothelium derived relaxing factor mediate vascular smooth muscle, vasodilatation, and platelet adhesion, but also as a neuronal messenger molecule take part in the activities of nervous system. In addition, it has been further identified as a major regulatory and effector molecule, and participates in the process of microorganism infection. In order to get a better understanding of the effects of NO in different kinds of parasitic infections, we have reviewed the data which have been done in these fields. The review highlights the relationship of NO with schistosome, plasmodia, toxoplasm, Eimeria and the mechanism of its effects may be involved.
