摘  要:目的 比较不同年龄大鼠肺和脑干P物质(SP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量.方法 将7~9d和21~23d大鼠分为未成熟组和成熟组.用大剂量的苯巴比妥钠麻醉后处死大鼠,获取肺组织和脑干标本.应用放射免疫组化法测量两组大鼠肺和脑干SP和CGRP含量.结果 未成熟组脑干SP和CGRP含量均比成熟组高;而肺组织中的SP和CGRP含量低于成熟组(P〈0.05).结论 不同年龄的大鼠脑干和肺神经肽含量不同,未成熟大鼠容易出现呼吸暂停或者呼吸紊乱,可能与呼吸中枢神经肽类物质含量较高有关.Objective To compare the levels of neuropeptides in different-aged rats' lung and brainstem . Methods There were two groups of rats, the prematurate group included 7 - 9 days rats, and the maturate group included 21 - 23 days rats. The rats were sacrificed by overdose sodium phenobarbital ,lung tissues and brainstems were harvested. The CGRP and SiP levels in the lungs and brainstems were determined with radioimmunoassay (RIA) kit. Results The SP and CGRP levels in the brainstems of the prematurate group were higher than those in the maturate group, but were lower than those in the maturate group in the lung tissues(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The levels of neropeptides in the brainstem and lung tissues of different-aged rats were discrep- ant. The prematurate rats were prone to respiratory apnea and disorder ,which may be relevant to the high levels of neropeptides in the respiratory center.
