摘 要:目的了解长期的高原移居是否对心胸比率及右下肺动脉宽度造成不可逆影响。方法对310例移居西藏高原工作生活后返回成都平原的汉族以及121例平原汉族对照进行一般资料的收集以及胸部摄片,测量并比较心胸比率和右下肺动脉宽度的差异。结果①校正年龄及性别后,高原移居汉族与平原汉族对照心胸比率与右下肺动脉宽度无差异。②随着移居高原时间的延长,右下肺动脉宽度有增加趋势,但当排除年龄和性别影响后则无统计学意义。③曾有过急、慢性高原病史者与无高原病史者比较,右下肺动脉宽度明显增加(13.74±2.05 vs 13.28±1.80cm,P=0.046)。结论长期移居高原的汉族人群,在返回平原3年后,胸片上心胸比率以及右下肺动脉宽度显示已与平原汉族差异无统计学意义,这对于消除长期在藏工作人员心中的顾虑起到了积极作用。Objective To investigate whether long-term living in high altitude could irreversibly affect the width of rightinferior pulmonary artery and cardiothoracic ratio in Han people. Methods 310 Han people returning to the plain after long-term ex- posure to high land were collected general data including blood pressure, height and weight, and chest X-ray were examined to meas- ure the width of right inferior pulmonary artery and cardiothoracic ratio. 121 healthy Han people never getting into high land were taken as control. Results ①After calibratingage and gender, there were no significant differences in the width of right inferior pul- monary artery and cardiothoraeie ratio between the immigrant Han people and the plain control ( P 〉 0.05 ).②There was an inereasing trend for the width of right inferior pulmonary artery with the increasing time of living in high altitude, while the trend of difference disappeared after excluding the effects of age and gender. ③Compared with the width of right inferior pulmonary artery of people with- out acute or ehronie mountain siekness, that of those who had was significantly increased ( 13.28 ± 1.80 vs. 13.74 ± 2.05cm, P = 0. 046 ). Conclusion The width of right inferior pulmonaryartery and cardiothoraeic ratio in Chest X ray in Han people returning to the plain after long-term exposure to high altitude had no differences with plain control. This might mitigate the worry of long-term staying in highland in non-native oeoole.
