水晶丹外敷治疗经桡动脉冠脉介入术后上肢血肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察水晶丹外敷治疗经桡动脉冠脉介入术(TRI)后上肢血肿的疗效。方法选择接受TRI术后发生上肢血肿的患者52例,随机分为水晶丹外敷治疗组和硫酸镁外敷对照组,观察两组患者的有效率、患肢周径改善情况和疼痛VAS评分。结果治疗组总有效率、患肢周径变化、VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水晶丹外敷能促进TRI术后血肿的吸收,临床效果确切,不良反应少,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Shuijingdan on hematoma of upper arm in patients undergoing trans-radial coronary intervention. Methods 52 patients with hematoma of upper ann were randomized into two groups, the treatment group received external application with Shuijingdan, the control group with magnesium sulfate. Effective rate, circumference of upper ann hematoma, VAS scores were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the control group, there was higher effective rate, lower VAS score and less circumference of upper ann hematoma in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant adverse effects in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion External application with Shuijingdan exhibits better effect to promote he- matoma absorption, relieve pain in patients with hematoma of upper arm undergoing trans-radial coronary intervention.
