中心静脉导管治疗单纯性自发性气胸45例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中心静脉导管置入胸腔治疗自发性气胸的效果。方法将45例自发性气胸患者随机分为胸腔内置入中心静脉导管抽气的治疗组23例,传统胸腔穿刺抽气的对照组22例进行治疗对比。结果胸腔内置入中心静脉导管抽气疗效更好,有效率高,住院时间短,不良反应少。结论中心静脉导管置入胸腔抽气治疗自发性气胸疗效满意。Objective To discuss the effect of central venous catheter placed in the chest for spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （ n = 23） were treated with central venous cathe- ter extraction, the control group 22 with pteural puncture extraction. Results The treatment group had the better curative effect, higher efficiency, shorter hospitalization time, less adverse reaction. Conclusion It could make more satisfied curative effect that central venous catheter placement chest extraction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax
