摘　　要：目的 观察两性霉素治疗侵袭性真菌感染的疗效及安全性.方法 回顾分析我院2009年10月～2012年10月共51例侵袭性真菌感染接受两性霉素B治疗的临床资料.结果 两性霉素B治疗侵袭性真菌感染有效率85.4%,不良反应发生率低：血钾77.1%,肾功能异常10.4%,寒颤发热18.8%,肝功能异常14.6%.结论 两性霉素B治疗侵袭性真菌感染疗效肯定、安全,不良反应可耐受.Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of amphotericin B in treating patients with invasive fun- gal infection （IFI）. Methods The dates of 51 cases of IFI patients received amphotericin B from October 2009 to October 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effaective rate was 85.4%. The side effects included hypokalemia 77. 1% , acute kidney injury （ 10.4% ）, fever and shiver（ 18.8% ）, aminotransferase（ 14. 6% ）. Conclusion Amphotericin B is affirmed and safety in the therapy for IFI patients with tolerable side effects.
