摘　　要：目的了解不同年龄阶段的冠心病介入诊疗患者对护理的期待,以便更好的为患者提供护理服务。方法入选行冠状动脉造影术和冠脉内支架安置术的冠心病患者124例,将患者按年龄分成A组(年龄<60岁)和B组(年龄≥60岁),针对介入检查的特殊性自行设计护理行为的评估表,对两组患者进行问卷调查,了解患者对护理的期待。结果两组患者对护理的需求有一定的差异。结论根据不同的年龄阶段采取不同的护理措施,使冠心病介入诊疗患者以最快的速度康复,提高生活的质量。Objective To understand a survey of care needs in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing nterven- tional therapy. Methods 124 patients with coronary angiography or and coronary stent placement were divided into A group （ 〈 60 years old） and B group （ ≥ 60 years old） according to age. For the specificity of intervention check, a self-designed evaluation questionnaire was planned . The two groups of patients was conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the expectations of care. Results There was a certain degree of difference between the two groups of patients on the care needs. Conclusion Ac- cording to the stages of different ages, the different care measures are administered.
