康惠尔透明贴与硫酸镁湿敷治疗静脉炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴与硫酸镁治疗老年患者长期持续静脉注射所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将100例长期持续静脉注射所致的老年静脉炎患者随机分为2组:试验组应用康惠尔透明贴治疗,对照组应用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察2组患者静脉炎治愈的时间和有效率。结果试验组治愈静脉炎的平均时间短于对照组,且治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康惠尔透明贴治疗静脉炎比采用硫酸镁湿敷的疗效更佳,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between Comfeel transparent strapping and magnesium sul- fate in elderly patients with superficial phlebitis coused by long-term continuous intravenous injection. Methods 100 cases long-term continuous intravenous injection patients with superficial phlebitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group , 50 cases in each . The experimental group were treated with Comfeel transparent strapping, and the control group with 50% magnesium sulfate solution via. Results The curative effect and time of the experiment group were significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The curative effect of Comfeel transparent strapping was better than 50% magnesium sulfate,which should be widly used in clinical nursing .
