宫腔镜电切联合戊酸雌二醇治疗56例宫内妊娠物残留临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜下宫内残留组织电切加用戊酸雌二醇对治疗宫内残留患者的疗效。方法对56例宫内残留患者的行宫腔镜电切,术后连续服用戊酸雌二醇3个月。观察宫腔情况及月经恢复情况。结果治疗的56例患者中,55例均一次性电切成功,无组织残留。仅1例因残留组织多,与子宫壁粘连紧,部分已穿入子宫肌层,2次电切成功,服用戊酸雌二醇3个月后月经量仍减少,再次宫腔镜检查,宫腔轻度膜性粘连,经分粘后再服戊酸雌二醇3个月后月经基本正常,复查宫腔镜宫腔形态及内膜正常。结论宫腔镜电切加戊酸雌二醇治疗宫内残留疗效确切,减少宫腔粘连发生。Objective To investigate transcervical intrauterine residue under organization ＋ estradiol valerate on thera- peutic. Observation on the uterine and menstru- al restoration. Results Treatment of 56 cases of patients, 55 cases of one-time successful, no tissue residue. Only 1 cases due to residues organization more, and uterine wall adhesion tight, part has wearing into uterine muscle layer, 2 times electric cut suc- cess, taking e acid female II alcohol 3 months Hou menstrual volume still reduced, again Palace cavity mirror check, Palace cavity mild film sexual adhesion, by points stick Hou again clothing e acid female II alcohol 3 months Hou menstrual basic recovery nor- mal, review Palace cavity mirror palace cavity form and the within film normal. Conclusion Hysteroscope combined therapeutic effect of estradiol valerate in treatment of intrauterine residue exact, reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions.
