多台Sysmex UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪间RBC、WBC校准后检测结果一致性研究

摘　　要：目的研究提高尿液沉渣分析中多台SYSMEX尿沉渣分析仪RBC、WBC检测结果一致性方法。方法使用新鲜纯RBC、WBC尿液对经仪器配套校准物校准的两台SysmexUF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪的激光光学指标(S-FSC,SSSC)灵敏度进行微调,对微调前后两台UF-1000i检测RBC、WBC检测结果进行比较及统计学分析。结果以一台分析仪为内部标准器,微调前RBC、WBC偏差为16.12%和16.65%,微调后RBC、WBC偏差为8.16%和2.44%,偏离程度分别缩小49.3%和85.3%;两台分析仪相关性分析RBC斜率(a)值由1.113减小为1.057,WBC由1.177减小为1.046;微调前后RBC和WBC室内质控定值差异无统计学意义。结论使用配套校准物校准后,不同UF-1000尿沉渣分析仪新鲜尿红细胞、白细胞检测结果可能存在差异;通过调整Sysmex UF-1000i荧光参数(S-FSC,S-SSC)可以有效提高不同Sysmex UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿RBC、WBC结果的一致性。Objective To study the method of improving the consistency of the analytic restxlts of RBC and WBC which between different SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzers. Methods To Use fresh and pure RBC and WBC urine sample to fine-tune laser optical index （S-FSC, S-SSC） of two SYSMEX UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzers, which had already calibrated by supporting calibrator, and compared and statistical analyzed with the reslzlts of RBC and WBC checked by two UF-1000i sediment analyzers before and after that fine-tuning. Resplts With a analyzer for the internal standard device, Before fine-tuning, the statistical bias of RBC and WBC were 16. 12% and 16. 65%, after fine-tuning the statistical bias of RBC and WBC were 8.16% and 2.44% , which decreased to 49. 3% and 85.3% respectively; RBC slope（a） value decreased from 1. 113 to 1. 057, WBC decreased from 1. 177 to 1. 046 by correlation analysis of two UF-1000i urine sediment analyzers ; and fine-tuning made no statistical difference between RBC and WBC internal quality control. Conclusion Calibrated by supporting calibrator, The reslt of fresh urine RBC and WBC checked by different UF-1000 urine sediment analyzers may differ; By adjusting the SYSMEX UF-1000i laser optical index （S-FSC, S-SSC） can effectively improve the consistency of the results of RBC and WBCchecked between different SYSMEX UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzers.
