摘　　要：目的评价308nm准分子光联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将98例银屑病患者随机分为研究组(53例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予卡泊三醇软膏治疗;治疗组在此基础上进行308nm准分子光治疗。2个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组痊愈30例,总有效率为90.57%;对照组痊愈2l例,总有效率为75.56%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308nm准分子光联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病是一种安全、高效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods 98 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups： Study group （53 patients, 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment care group） and control group （45 patients, calcipotriol ointment care group） after 2 months observation of efficacy. Results The effective rates were 90. 57% in the treatment group and 75.56% in the control group. There were significant diferences in the efficacy rate for two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The study shows that 308nm exeimer light combined with caleipotriol ointment treatment of psoriasis is safe and efficient.
