摘　　要：目的 采用Meta 分析的方法,评价可吸收与金属内固定物治疗骨折效果.方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方和维普等数据库,检索时限均为从1990年1月～2013年7月,查找关于可吸收与金属内固定物比较治疗骨折效果的文献.按照纳入排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的质量后,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta 分析.结果 共检出相关文献752篇,但最终仅纳入6篇文献,有部分文献质量比较高.Meta分析结果显示：合并OR=5.91,95%CI（2.60,13.41）,Z=4.25,P＜0.001.结论 可吸收内固定物治疗骨折优于金属内固定物.Objective To adopt the method of Meta analysis,evaluate the effect of absorbable fixation in the treatment of fractures compared with metal fixation. Methods Databases included CNKI, VIP, WangFangData and other databases, retrieval time were from January 1990 to July 2013, Find absorbable fixation with metal literature comparing treatment effect of fractures. After extracting data and assessing the quality of the included studies, Meta-analysis was conducted using RevManS. 2 software. Results Of the 752 identified studies, 6 studies were included. The results showed that 6 studies were higher quality. Meta-anal- ysis showed that, the combined OR=5.91% ,95%CI （2.60,13.41） ,Z =4.25,P〈0.001. Conclusion The effect of absorba- ble fixation in the treatment of fractures might better than metal fixation.
