摘 要:目的探讨适当的心理健康教育对腰椎骨折伴截瘫患者的影响。方法将56例腰椎骨折伴截瘫的患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规的护理,观察组在此基础上给予心理健康教育,比较两组患者的遵医行为、心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组患者遵医行为、SAS、SDS评分改善、生活质量等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论适当的心理健康教育能帮助腰椎骨折伴截瘫患者重建战胜疾病的信心,减轻负面心理反应,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of appropriate mental health education in the lumbar spine fractures with paraplegia. Methods 56 cases of vertebral fracture with paraplegia were randomly divided into the control group and the observa- tion group. The control group was given with conventional care, and the observation group was given mental health education on the basis of the control group. The compliance behavior, psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in the compliance behavior of the presence, SAS and SDS scores, and the quality of life (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The appropriate mental health education could help patients with lumbar fracture paraplegics re- buildding the confidence, mitigating negative psychological reactions, and improving the quality of life.
