一次性胸腔引流瓶自体血回收在腹腔内出血行探查性手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨利用一次性胸腔闭式引流瓶自体血回收在腹腔内出血行探查性手术中的应用价值。方法将38例腹腔内出血行探查性手术的患者按入院顺序随机分成两组(各19例),观察组术中应用一次性胸腔闭式引流瓶进行血液回收,对照组应用自体-3000P型血液回收机进行血液回收,并比较两组患者血液回收效果及成本效益。结果观察组与对照组自体血回输分别为(1227.78±336.44)ml(n=9)与(1337.5±293.68)ml(n=8),差异无统计学意义;观察组与对照组因腹腔污染而弃去自体血分别为(1275±353.75)ml(n=10)与(1222.73±297.79)ml(n=11),差异无统计学意义;观察组与对照组血液回收的平均成本分别为,差异具有统计学意义。结论在腹腔内出血行探查性手术中应用一次性胸腔闭式引流瓶进行血液回收,可以充分有效利用自体血回输,为抢救患者赢得时间,并可节约医疗成本,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of disposable thoracic closed drainage bottle in abdominal cavity hem- orrhage without definite cause. Methods 38 cases abdominal cavity hemorrhage without definite cause were randonly divided at into compare group and observe group. Disposable thoracic closed drainage bottle for observe group , equipment of 3000P intraop- erative autotransfusion of self blood for compare group. They were summarized and compared the cost efficient . Results the a- mount of autotransfusion by disposable thoracic closed drainage bottle has been （1227. 78 ± 336. 44）ml . compare group has hit （ 1337. 5 ± 293.68）ml. the amount of the blood was thrown away because the blood were contaminated by injury of hollow viscus and tumours in compare group and observe group are （1275 ± 353.75 ）ml and （1222. 73 ± 297. 79）ml respectively no statistical sense after compared with two teams, cost efficient of observe group was better than compare group. Conclusion With sufficiency preparative preoperation and correct operation, the new method can gain time for patients , save medical costs, so it has wide ap- plication foreground,
